Director Eligibility -- Qualifications

To be qualified for election as a director of an irrigation district (organized under Chapter 58 of the Water Code) a person MUST:

• Be a Resident of the state
• Own land subject to taxation in the district
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Owe no delinquent taxes or assessments to the district
